will you give me an example of job analysis in teaching field?
**********************************************

Terrific Question. Anybody got some suggestions?

I can get you started but you need to have a few questions answered.

What subject/subjects are you looking for someone to teach?

What grade level are they to teach at? Is this a school or are they teaching as a trainer for businesses?

What challenges will the teacher face when teaching the subject? For example if there is a significant amount of mathematics involved in the class are there prerequisites that must be met by the students to participate in the class? ...Or are the students at different levels and you need to customize the curriculum for the different levels.

Next you need to know the size of the class. Is this a small group where you need to teach individuals or is it broadcast to remote locations?

Finally, you need to know what outcome you require for this teacher. When they have finished teaching the class, what skills must the students have coming out of the class?

This should suffice to get you on the right path for a teacher job analysis. Not knowing the specifics of your circumstance it is difficult for me to give you a complete answer, so hopefully this will get you started.

Let us know what you come up with and send it over for review. Good Luck.
