Free Resume Search

Free resume searches are online databases where you can review candidate profiles without charge. There are a number of these resources available... if you look hard enough!

Some of the free resources in this section like the job search engines, free job postings and employee development departments include database searches.

Additionally places like Craigslist and some alumni associations have resources where you can review resumes. In the Craigslist example, the resumes are in chronological order with some limited search capabilities.

In this case the locality is Orange County California. Other localities are also available from the main site at craigslist.org .

The same goes for the alumni associations. Check with the local universities and colleges to see what resources are available. You may be surprised and my experience is that they are more than willing to help!

Be sure to mention that you are looking to help their alumni find work and you will be given priority. If you happen to be an alum all the better.
