Thank you for your question. As this site is geared to recruiting and staffing, I'm afraid that's a bit out of my expertise. It is also something that differs by geography.

My suggestion is to contact a local business attorney. Many have employee handbook templates that you can purchase for a small fee and fill in the specifics for your company.
