Submit Questions

questions for fresh candidates.

What to ask for fresh graduate and on position that we don't have any idea about?

****************************

Thanks for the question. For new graduates, there are 2 lines of questioning you need to pursue, how they think and how they would respond.

Often times new grads do not realize that an education at a university is just to teach them how to think. You need to ask them questions that will show you if they have problem solving skills, whether they can apply the knowledge they have gained and to gain some idea of how mature they are.

The second line of questioning is to understand how they would respond to work situation. Behavioral interviewing would be a good technique to answer these types of questions.
