I want to prepare the assignment to submit at my institute for the receiving the marks for my study.

I'm not sure there is a question in there but I'll guess that you are looking to send in some information about your job for school credit.

If that is the case, you will need to prepare both as if you were hiring yourself. Start with a job analysis. Gather any available documentation. Interview supervisors, peers performing the same job and anyone available to you who has experience in the position.

With that information, consolidate it into a job description in the suggested format.
